This 125mm cyclone sweeping segment diamond cup wheel is developed for fast concrete leveling and general masonry surface preparation. The angled sweeping arrangement keeps multiple diamond segments engaged while leaving open paths for dust evacuation. This makes the wheel suitable for removing high spots, surface laitance and uneven areas before coating, tiling or further polishing.
Use the wheel on a compatible angle grinder with the correct guard and a dust-extraction shroud. Keep the tool moving in overlapping passes and avoid holding the wheel in one position. Bond hardness, diamond grit and segment height can be adjusted for different concrete hardness and target finish. OEM laser marking, color and packaging are available.
· Confirm the wheel bore, grinder flange, maximum speed and rotation direction before mounting.
· Use the correct guard, safety glasses, hearing protection and a dust-extraction shroud connected to a suitable vacuum.
· Start with light to moderate pressure. Keep the wheel flat and move it continuously in overlapping passes.
· Do not force the wheel, grind with a damaged wheel or exceed the speed marked on the product.
· Inspect the wheel and mounting system before each use. Follow the grinder manufacturer’s instructions and local safety requirements.
