A Please send the product model, required sizes, quantity, and delivery destination. Tell us the material and machine you will use so we can help check the specifications. Sample and courier costs are charged before your first order. The sample cost will be credited against your first order.

Q What is the sample lead time?
A Stock samples can normally be prepared within 2 days. Samples that require production depend on the production schedule and the requested specifications. Please contact us to confirm availability and the dispatch date. Courier transit time is additional and depends on the destination.

A Yes. Logo printing on products and packaging is available when the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is met. Please send your logo artwork, product specifications, packaging requirements, and estimated order quantity so we can confirm the available options and MOQ for your project.
