Perforated Vacuum Brazed Diamond Cut and Grind Blade
Product Type: Perforated double-sided vacuum-brazed diamond blade for cutting and edge grinding ceramic and sintered stone.
Available Diameters: 105 mm, 115 mm, 125 mm, 150 mm and 180 mm.
Diamond Working Area Height: 30 mm.
Blade Thickness: 1.6 mm.
Bore and maximum RPM: Confirm according to the selected diameter and final blade marking.
Blade Shape and Function: A 30 mm high vacuum-brazed diamond working area extends far down both faces of the blade, allowing the tool to cut and grind with the same disc. Multiple cooling holes reduce weight, improve airflow and provide paths for fine ceramic dust and slurry to leave the working zone. The 1.6 mm profile supports a narrow cut while the wide coated face remains stable during edge work.
Applications: Ceramic tile, porcelain, gres, Dekton-type sintered stone, stoneware, quartz and engineered stone.
Recommended Operations: Straight cutting, 45° mitre cutting, chamfering, edge correction and controlled grinding with a compatible angle grinder or cutting machine. Suitable for dry or wet work; wet use improves cooling and dust control.
