This professional wet sintered diamond core drill bit is developed for drilling clean and accurate holes in hard building materials, including porcelain tiles, ceramic tiles, sintered stone slabs and marble.

The drill bit uses sintered diamond manufacturing technology and features an approximately 0.95mm thin cutting wall. The thin-wall construction helps reduce drilling resistance, improves cutting efficiency and minimizes unnecessary damage around the edge of the hole.

A Complete Size Range

The drill bits are available in diameters from 6mm to 150mm. Smaller sizes are suitable for fixing holes, anchors and pipe fittings, while larger diameters can be used for plumbing pipes, drainage openings, electrical installations and other construction applications.

Designed for Wet Drilling

Continuous water cooling is required during drilling. Water helps cool the diamond cutting edge, remove drilling debris and reduce heat accumulation. Correct water supply can also improve drilling performance and extend the working life of the drill bit.

The product should not be used for dry drilling.

How to Use

1. Confirm that the selected drill-bit diameter is suitable for the required hole.

2. Secure the workpiece firmly and mark the center of the drilling position.

3. Install the drill bit securely in the drill chuck.

4. Switch the machine to rotary mode. Do not use hammer or impact mode.

5. Provide continuous water to the cutting area before and during drilling.

6. For freehand drilling, begin with the drill bit at a slight angle to establish the cutting edge. Gradually bring the drill into an upright position after a stable groove has formed.

7. For larger diameters, a drilling guide or template is recommended to prevent the drill bit from moving across the material surface.

8. Apply light and steady pressure. Do not force the drill bit into the material.

9. Use a suitable rotational speed. Larger diameters should normally be operated at a lower speed than smaller diameters.

10. Allow water to remove drilling debris and keep the cutting edge cool throughout the operation.

11. After completing the hole, stop the machine and carefully remove the drill bit.
