Turbo Mesh Diamond Saw Blade for Ceramic and Sintered Stone
Product Type: Hot-pressed turbo-mesh diamond saw blade with cooling holes for tile and sintered-stone cutting.
Available Diameters: 105 mm, 115 mm, 125 mm, 150 mm, 180 mm and 230 mm.
Diamond Segment Height: 8 mm.
Bore, cutting thickness and maximum RPM: Confirm according to the selected diameter and final blade marking.
Blade Shape and Function: The fine turbo-mesh rim combines a near-continuous cutting edge with open diamond channels. This structure clears fine cutting dust, reduces cutting resistance and supports a faster cut than a plain continuous rim. Cooling holes in the steel core help release heat and reduce core stress during longer cuts.
Applications: Ceramic tile, porcelain tile, gres, Dekton-type sintered stone, quartz and engineered stone.
Recommended Use: Straight cutting and detail cutting with a compatible angle grinder, circular saw or tile saw selected for the blade diameter and bore. Suitable for dry or wet cutting; continuous water cooling is recommended when the machine permits. This blade is intended for cutting and should not be used for side grinding.
