The 125mm double-row diamond cup wheel is a widely used general-purpose tool for grinding concrete, screed and masonry. Its two rows of diamond segments create broad, stable contact and provide a useful balance between removal speed, surface finish and working life.
It can be used to level uneven areas, remove laitance and prepare a substrate before repair or coating. Operate it with a compatible angle grinder, guard and dust shroud. Keep the wheel moving and use overlapping passes to avoid local gouging.
· Confirm the wheel bore, grinder flange, maximum speed and rotation direction before mounting.
· Use the correct guard, safety glasses, hearing protection and a dust-extraction shroud connected to a suitable vacuum.
· Start with light to moderate pressure. Keep the wheel flat and move it continuously in overlapping passes.
· Do not force the wheel, grind with a damaged wheel or exceed the speed marked on the product.
· Inspect the wheel and mounting system before each use. Follow the grinder manufacturer’s instructions and local safety requirements.
