The 125mm 6-Fan Segment Diamond Cup Wheel is designed for professional grinding, leveling and surface preparation of concrete and other cement-based construction materials. Six evenly distributed fan-shaped segment groups provide stable surface contact and efficient material removal while helping maintain controlled grinding performance.

The grooves dividing each segment group increase the number of working edges and provide additional paths for dust discharge. Combined with the large ventilation openings in the steel body, this design supports airflow, heat dissipation and more efficient dry grinding.

Grinding performance depends on the hardness and abrasiveness of the material. Different diamond grit sizes and metal-bond hardness options can be supplied for hard, medium or soft concrete.

OPERATING RECOMMENDATIONS

Confirm that the grinder speed does not exceed 12,250 RPM. Install the wheel securely on a machine compatible with the 20mm bore. Use a suitable wheel guard and dust-extraction shroud whenever possible.

Apply steady, controlled pressure and keep the wheel moving across the surface. Excessive pressure may increase heat, vibration and uneven wear without improving grinding efficiency.

SAFETY INFORMATION

Wear approved eye, hearing and respiratory protection. Inspect the wheel before every use and do not operate a damaged, cracked or excessively worn wheel. Make sure the direction of rotation is correct and do not exceed the maximum speed marked on the wheel.
