Selecting the correct bond is important for grinding efficiency and segment life:
Soft bond: Recommended for hard concrete because it exposes new diamond particles more quickly.
Medium bond: Suitable for general-purpose concrete and screed grinding.
Hard bond: Recommended for soft or abrasive concrete to reduce premature segment wear.

Install the wheel on a compatible 125mm angle grinder with the correct guard and flange. For dry grinding, use a suitable dust shroud connected to an industrial vacuum system.
Move the wheel continuously across the surface and avoid applying excessive downward pressure. Do not hold the wheel in one position for an extended period, as this may create uneven grinding marks or unnecessary heat.
Wet grinding should only be performed when the machine and working environment are specifically approved for wet operation.
