This 125mm diamond cup wheel features 10 specially arranged triangle segments for fast stock removal, concrete leveling and general surface preparation. The triangle-shaped segments provide multiple cutting edges, helping the wheel grind efficiently while maintaining stable contact with the working surface.
The open steel body allows grinding dust to move toward the dust-extraction shroud, helping reduce heat buildup and improve working visibility. It is suitable for professional contractors, tool distributors and private-label diamond tool brands.

The triangle segment design creates several active grinding edges. Compared with wide continuous segment designs, these multiple contact edges can improve material-removal efficiency and make the wheel suitable for aggressive concrete grinding.
The evenly distributed segments also help maintain stable contact with the surface. This provides a practical balance between grinding speed, control and working life.
Confirm that the wheel diameter, bore and rated speed are compatible with the grinder.
Inspect the wheel before installation. Do not use a damaged or cracked wheel.
Install the wheel according to the grinder manufacturer’s instructions.
Use the correct grinder guard and a compatible dust-extraction shroud.
Connect an industrial vacuum suitable for concrete dust.
Start the grinder before bringing the wheel into contact with the surface.
Keep the cup wheel reasonably flat and move it continuously in overlapping passes.
Avoid excessive downward pressure. Allow the diamond segments to perform the grinding.
Do not hold the wheel in one position for too long, as this may create grooves or uneven marks.
Stop periodically to check the wheel, grinder and working surface.
Concrete hardness affects the selection of the diamond bond:
For hard concrete, a softer bond is generally recommended to expose new diamond particles more easily.
For soft or abrasive concrete, a harder bond can help reduce excessive segment wear.
For general-purpose applications, a medium bond is normally a practical starting point.

Always wear appropriate eye protection, hearing protection, gloves and respiratory protection. Use a properly fitted dust shroud and industrial vacuum when dry grinding concrete.
Never exceed the maximum operating speed marked on the wheel. Follow the safety instructions supplied with the grinder and comply with applicable workplace regulations.
